South has an easy mild slam try after the fit jump is raised. North has extras and cooperates with 4 ♦ denying the club control. South can fairly accurately place north's cards now - ♠ KQxx ♥ Ax ♦ AQxxx ♣ xx. One of the queens could be replaced with the ♣ Q. If the ♥ A was replaced with two queens then the hand looks more like a 1 NT opening. There are some other variations with extra jacks where the hand might not bee as suitable as the one shown.
Shown here south cooperates then moves over 4 ♠ by north. Its not completely clear that north would bid 4 ♠. The hand has 16 prime points. Moreover north knows south has ♥ K (or singleton) and a club control - ace or king or singleton or void - and enough values to be interested in slam. Say both of those kings then there is still room for ♠ A and ♦ K to justify 3 NT and slam can hardly be worse than the ♣ A onside and it might be better.
North can take control with 4 NT and bid 6 ♠ opposite one key-card. Notice how since the ♣ K is guarded the slam is cold as a club can be pitched on the long diamond if necessary because clubs have not been led.q
