Another hand where opener shows 18-19 hcp and again responder has plenty extra. Also it would be possible for south to deduce that north has a club control and take control. There are some hands were it might be easier for north ask, for example when north has five good clubs. So south can choose either 4 ♠ or 4 NT. Both actions will result in north south discovering the ♥ Q is missing and they will rest in a small slam.
