Again we have a 2 ♠ fit jump. Here opener rebids 3 ♥. This is natural and shows extra values. Six hearts and 16 hcp is easily enough. Responder with a minimum and misfitting and something of a club stopper can bid 3 NT - 4 ♦ is a possible alternative. That would show a minimum and no club control. We cannot agree hearts here as responder will not be 4=4 or better in the majors for the fit jump. Therefore a cue of 4 ♣ is unambiguously for diamonds not hearts.
Over 3 NT opener is still keen. There is a slam opposite ♦ Axxx and somewhere to dispose of the club loser. Responder goes past 4 ♦ to show a good hand - here three working cards and a shortage.
Opener bids 4 NT Roman Key-Card Blackwood and then makes a grand slam try with 5 NT over the favourable response. The ♣ K or the ♠ K would mean that grand was no worse than the heart finesse and likely much better opposite say ♠ Axxx ♥ xx ♦ AQxx ♣ Kxx.
