Here 2 ♦ shows hearts and 2 ♥ shows not four or more clubs in a balanced hand. Responder's 2 NT shows a balanced hand. It is game forcing so the range is potentially unlimited. Currently I am using a jump to 3 NT to show around 18-19 just short of a slam force.

Over 2 NT opener can jump to 4 ♥ to show four hearts and 12-14 hcp, 3 ♥ would show only three hearts and 3 NT would show not four hearts and 12-14. With 18-19 and not four clubs opener can bid 4 NT and with four hearts, temporise with 3 ♥ and then pull to 4 ♥ or move over a raise.
