As discussed previously 3 ♦ shows a minimum although that minimum is a reasonably wide range. Misfitting partner's spades and with bad trumps are excellent reasons to stay low.
Nevertheless responder can see slam opposite ♦ KQ and ♣ K and a grand opposite ♦ KQ and ♠ A. The 4 ♥ bid is exclusion key card asking for key cards but ignoring the ♥ A.
When the opponent intervenes we play PODI or PORI. That is pass shows zero (or three) key cards and double or redouble as appropriate shows one (or four) key cards. Therefore the redouble shows one key card.
This is yet another hand where key card Blackwood that illustrates a weakness in key card Blackwood when the missing key card is the trump king and the trump queen is also missing. When the trump jack and ten are held the slam may be good.
On this hand since hearts are going to have to be ruffed twice the slam requires trumps 2=2 (40%) or 3=1 with a singleton honour (25%) - around 65%. If we shift the ♦ A to the long trump hand then slam is even better depending on the double finesse in trumps - around 70% as we cannot cope with trumps 4=0.
